Sarah Hassan, Director

Ms. Hassan joined Astrocyte Pharmaceuticals’ Board of Directors in April 2026. She is an experienced investor, entrepreneur, and operator with a strong background in healthcare, consumer health, and venture capital. Ms. Hassan was a founding partner and Chief Financial Officer of IM HealthScience, where she led the company’s financial strategy and operational scaling over a ten-year period through its acquisition by Nestlé Health Science in 2020. She also served as a Partner at Caerus Ventures, where she focused on investments in healthcare and wellness companies.

Ms. Hassan is currently the Managing Partner of Dynagrow Capital, where she oversees investment strategy and portfolio development, and operates a business focused on acquiring and growing life science and  healthcare brands. She serves on the Board of Directors of Vinci Pharmaceuticals, PleoPharma, and Myosin Therapeutics, and is a member of the Investment Advisory Board for the Autism Impact Fund.
